Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

 

1.1. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or deposit, if applicable).

1.2. All payments made to Sankalpa Retreats Ltd are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, travel disruption, or changes in personal circumstances.

1.3. Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by Sankalpa Retreats Ltd.

1.4. Guests must make all scheduled payments on or before the due dates communicated by Sankalpa Retreats Ltd.

1.5. If a guest fails to make a payment by the specified due date, Sankalpa Retreats Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking without providing any refund or credit for amounts already paid.

1.6. Sankalpa Retreats Ltd is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by the guest due to such cancellation.

Transfers
Transfers are included in the Retreats. However, there will be specific pick up times from the airport which will be confirmed. Pickups are included in the cost of the retreat. However, if these times do not suit, you can arrange your own transport at your own additional cost.
