There comes a point when we realise we've spent so much time caring for everyone else, meeting expectations, and rushing through life that we've lost connection with ourselves.
The Return Home is an invitation to come back to you.
Set in the beauty of Morocco, this 6-day retreat is centred around the chakra system, our seven energy centres that influence how we feel, think, connect, love, communicate and move through the world.
Throughout the retreat, we'll gently explore each chakra through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, journaling and self-reflection. Together, we'll create space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with what truly matters, and restore balance within mind, body and soul.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before life told you who you should be.
